CPS Foundation is a private family foundation headquartered across the greater Wichita, Kansas City, Denver, and Dallas-Ft. Worth metropolitan areas providing support for projects that advance education, encourage individual growth, and build strong communities.
The Foundation, created in 2008 by the family of Carmen P. Smith, honors the charitable legacy of Mrs. Smith and her late husband Roy Smith. The Foundation is operated in the name of Carmen P. Smith by her remaining family.
The mission of the CPS Foundation is to fund projects that support education, encourage self-reliance, and build stronger communities.
